Display faults are the most misdiagnosed category in television repair. This service exists to establish, before any money is spent, whether your panel is genuinely damaged or a driver, connector or backlight section is at fault.
What display repair actually covers
The visible image passes through several stages before it reaches you: the mainboard produces the signal, the T-Con board drives the panel rows and columns, ribbon connectors carry it to the glass, and the backlight makes it visible. A fault in any of these looks like 'the display is gone'.
Our display service works backwards through that chain with test patterns and measurements, so the failing stage is identified rather than guessed.
